Job Description

Call center agents take calls from customers to handle complaints, orders, questions, and other concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain professional tone throughout customer interaction, regardless of customers’ issue
  • Update customer information as needed in CRM system
  • Resolve customers’ issues quickly and accurately
  • Meet or exceed call goals set by supervisor


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
