With her background in finance and investments, she ensures CBS operates with a firm financial foundation to carry it into its third generation of family ownership.
Chief Operating Officer
With CBS since 1989, Todd has done it all. Starting in sales, he developed a broad skill set as our customer base expanded from hotels and restaurants to include industrial and retail customers, churches and schools. He has developed an immense knowledge to meet the unique needs of our customers. Overseeing our field operations gives him unparalleled insight into effective solutions for the challenges of running an efficient and successful business.
Director of Business Development
With CBS since 1999, Dean is consistently a top performing account rep. Due to his tremendous success, he was named Director of Sales in 2012, and took on the responsibility for managing our sales team. In 2017, he was named Director of Business Development as his role at CBS expanded to include executive leadership responsibilities.
Human Resources Manager
With 10-plus years at CBS, Diana manages our Human Resource Department. From governmental compliance to insurance to employee counseling, Diana is the steady hand that cares for our employees. She manages and oversees the application and payroll process, insurance, compliance and any special needs of our employees.
